This is an opportunity to have a look around the site and to see how the management plan is progressing.
Members of the Management Group will be there to hear your views, and discuss implementation of the management plan, including plans for:
An otter holt.
Digging a pond.
The future of the swamp.
Dealing with invasive plants.
The temple.
Boots or sturdy shoes are advisable.
All are welcome.

LITTER PICK

Meet at main entrance by the river.
The Litter Pick is our annual opportunity to ensure that the reserve is as tidy as possible before the summer. It is timed to coincide with the Great British Spring Clean (Keep Britain Tidy) and is supported by Derby City Council Parks Department, which will provide all the necessary equipment and dispose of the litter collected.
The reserve is on rough ground so please wear sturdy shoes, long sleeved clothing and bring your own gloves.
